Terms of Service.

FieldForge is a voice-powered invoicing platform delivered through Telegram. You describe a job using a voice note; our AI generates a branded PDF invoice and sends it to your customer via SMS. The service includes subscription management, technician management, and business reporting.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of any business you represent. By using FieldForge, you confirm you meet these requirements.

You register by messaging @UseFieldForgeBot on Telegram and completing onboarding. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at UseFieldForge@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use FieldForge for any unlawful purpose
• Generate invoices for fraudulent or non-existent transactions
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense access to FieldForge
• Impersonate another person or business

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

FieldForge offers the following plans, billed monthly through Stripe:

• Free — $0/month
• Starter — $29/month
• Pro — $59/month
• Enterprise — $99/month

Paid subscriptions auto-renew monthly. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices may change with 30 days advance notice.

You may cancel at any time by sending CANCEL to the bot. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for unused days. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

All FieldForge software, AI models, designs, and content are owned by Moroz Group LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FieldForge solely for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of your business data — job records, invoice data, and customer information. You grant Moroz Group LLC a limited license to process this data solely to provide the FieldForge service. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for unrelated purposes.

FieldForge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated invoices may occasionally contain inaccuracies — you are responsible for reviewing invoices before presenting them to customers or using them for accounting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moroz Group LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of FieldForge is limited to the total amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Cook County, Illinois. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of FieldForge after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
